Inna Livytska is an Associate Professor of the English Language Department at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where she teaches a General Course of English, Grammar, and a MA pro-seminar “Introduction to Semiotics”. She is also engaged in developing biosemiotic approach and semiotic methodology of narrative discourse analysis in terms of her post-doctoral research at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Her professional fields of scientific research are communicative linguistics, narratology, EFL, assessment and testing, cultural identity and global semiotics.
